For me answer C is correct, The main focus of investigations on employee misconduct should be on checking to see that company policies and rules as well as state and national legislation have not been breached. Avoiding the collection of negative information about an employee for future purposes is not among the aims since such may bring out prejudice or unfairness against any individual.
To all - These questions are NOT ASIS CCP questions. I just took the exam and less than 0.07% of the 772 questions were actually on or related to the actual exam.
