Selected Answer: B
4.3.4 Collaborate and promote visibility: ork and its results should be made visible, hidden agendas should be avoided, and information should be shared to the greatest degree possible... When improvement activity occurs in relative silence, or with only a small group being aware of the details, assumptions and rumours can prevail. Resistance to change will often arise as staff members speculate about what is changing and how it might impact them.

Selected Answer: B
CORRECT B. Increasing collaboration and visibility for the improvement A. Restricting information about the improvement to essential stakeholders only - "collaborate and promote visibility" promotes transparency. This is other way around. C. Involving customers after all planning has been completed - involvement should be as early as planning phase. D. Engaging every stakeholder group in the same way, with the same communication - not necessarily, your communication method may change based on your stakeholders. There is no one way method for all.
