I was thinking it was B until I read in detail the question and the text you pasted here. You quoted from the book "The change schedule is used to help plan changes, assist in communication, avoid conflicts, and assign resources.". That is absolutely correct, but then you select answer B which clearly states "Providing information about deployed changes", which means that the change was already deployed. In my experience and from your own quote, Change schedules is used in order to assess a change and how it will affect, but NOT for changes that already happened

Selected Answer: C
A change schedule can be used for: C. Providing a means of initiating and assessing normal changes. A change schedule is typically used to plan and schedule changes, especially normal changes, in a structured and organized manner. It helps ensure that changes are evaluated, authorized, and implemented effectively while minimizing disruption to the organization's services. The other options mentioned are related to different IT service management processes and tools.
