Cisco Nexus 3132-QV is 40Gb with QSFP+ ports. The NetApp CN1610 is 10Gb with SFP+ ports. This means that the NetApp storage connecting CN1610 shall be using 10Gb SFP+. So, to replace the CN1610, answer D is correct and the only choice in this question.

On Nexus 3132Q-V switches, you can operate QSFP/QSFP28 ports as either 40/100 Gb Ethernet or 4x 10 Gb Ethernet modes.
