Now I think about this a bit more, the question is "what's the difference between..." and not "what's the definition of..."

In other providers like AWS for example, there is so-called 'One-Zone IA', which means the bucket is really just in one zone, without regional replication. This then results in lower durability guarantees / SLA
question is slightly focused on the difference and not particularly on what standard or coldline refers individually. So, option B seems right to me. Please let me know if any one of you think otherwise.
I agree with you but I think this is just a poorly phrased question with confusing answers. D is my vote but it doesn't explain the "difference" between the two but is rather the definition of Coldline. I don't like this one...very bad.
